User Agreement

By creating a Horiup account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. One person, one account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
2. The service
Horiup provides scenery-themed voice rooms, scenery moment exchange and AI-generated conversation prompts. Features may change, and rooms may be unavailable during maintenance. AI prompts are suggestions only and may be inaccurate — use your own judgement.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, captions and audio you share. You grant Horiup a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, display and adapt that content solely to operate and promote the service, ending when you delete the content or your account.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including any photo you did not take yourself.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Horiup to harass, threaten, impersonate or endanger anyone; to post sexual content involving minors; to share sexually explicit, violent, hateful or illegal material; to solicit money, dating services or off-platform transactions; to broadcast copyrighted audio or video you do not own; or to automate, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Moderation and enforcement
Every room seat carries report and block controls. We may remove content, mute a speaker, close a room, or suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms. Where possible we tell you why and how to appeal, at horiup@gmail.com.
6. Purchases
Horiup is free to download. Optional in-app purchases are sold through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown before you confirm. Any subscription renews automatically until cancelled, and you cancel it in your store account settings, not in the app.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Virtual items are a limited licence, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged outside the app.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that rooms will be uninterrupted or that other users will behave well. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending the agreement
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may end this agreement on notice, or immediately for serious or repeated breaches.
